DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping when orders are $1,000 and up. Free shipping applies to online orders that are $1,000+ before applicable discounts, taxes, and shipping are added. Free shipping is only for the United States

International Shipping

Your orders will be shipped flat rate and it will take 10-15 business for delivery.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. They are based on the weight of the package and the shipping method. All orders process within 2-3 business days (not Sundays or Holidays) orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

** Please expect delays in processing and shipping transit time frames with couriers due to holidays and covid. ** 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number via email and your shipping activity will be available after 24hrs. If you haven't received your tracking number confirmation in your inbox please check your spam folder. If you haven't received an email after three days from placing your order please reach out to us at luxelimitededition@yahoo.com Please make sure ALL order information is correct such as products, address, billing, card information, and contact. We are unable to guarantee any modifications to orders before shipment.

Delays/Damages during transit

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from courier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. We are not responsible for any damages that occur in transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR NO EXCHANGES.

** If there is anything wrong with your merchandise before you open it please email us immediately along with photo documentation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.**

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible for ALL return and shipping costs. We highly recommend that you send your return tracking number to luxelimitededition@yahoo.com We are not responsible for lost returns.
