Luxè Build Your Own Wig
Heyy Love!! Welcome to our luxury Build-Your-Own-Wig service! Thank you for trusting us to construct your luxury handmade wig. Luxé custom wig service allows you to customize your wig unit however you want. Luxé wigs will give you a sophisticated modish look that will amplify your everyday look. You can get creative as you want. The service will include pre-plucked, pre-bleached, pre-styled, pre-colored, and pre-washed. If you want your wigs colored it will be an additional charge (custom coloring is an add-on). All wigs are made with 100% RAW hair from our luxurious hair collection. Wigs are thick and full to the ends. Wig Maintenance:                                                                                                                     When it comes to luxury items it does require some maintenance. We offer wig maintenance service on every custom wig you purchase. This service will include shampooing, conditioning, lace replacements, and styling on any unit. Luxè maintenance service is available for 1 year (your maintenance service will start 1 month after your purchase date). With this service, you can get 2 lace replacements, and 4 washes (you can get your wig restyled complementary when you send your wig in for a wash). Any custom coloring, bleaching, cutting, and hair accessories are add-ons (you will be charged a fee). For all lace replacements, you will need to book a consultation call first so I can examine the lace to make sure it needs to be replaced or just needs a touch-up.     
    *Extended maintenance renewal *:                                                                                 When your maintenance warranty is almost over you will receive an email periodically about renewing your maintenance warranty for another year. Everything will remain the same. There will be an additional fee of $300. 
 
Luxè Consultation Call:
Consultation calls will be on Zoom. On this call we will discuss your head measurements, how you want your wig to be customized (as far as styling or coloring), and pricing. You can ask any questions you may have about the service. 
This call will last no more than 30 minutes. Consultation calls must be booked first before purchasing your luxury custom wig service. I just want to make sure you are aware of what you are getting, your offers, and making sure you fully understand the policies and terms & conditions. After you have booked your consultation call you will receive a confirmation email first then you will receive a follow-up email for you to schedule your consultation call. If you need to reschedule your consultation call you have up to 48 hours to do so. If you need to cancel your consultation call you have 48 hours to do so after you have scheduled your appointment. If you miss your appointment you will get one attempt to reschedule if you miss the second attempt you be charged FULL price for the consultation call and an additional fee of $5 for a no-call no-show. If you decide to cancel your call after the 48 hours time frame you will still be charged FULL price for the appointment. Consultation calls are NON-Refundable. If you decide to go with the service the $10 will be applied to your service fee.
WIG MEASUREMENTS 
How to measure your head:                                                                                                      Hey love!! Thank you so much for choosing Luxé Limited Edition to construct your luxury wig. Before we get into the styling process I will need your head measurements. Your head measurements are the Most Important requirement. Make sure you are inputting accurate measurements to ensure that your wig unit is constructed to fit your head perfectly.
You will need to provide six measurements so we can construct the perfect fit (please use a measuring tape) 
Circumference: (around your whole head)
Front to nape: (forehead to your neck)
Ear to ear: (across your forehead & overtop)
Temple to Temple: (Around the back of your head)
Nape of neck: (back of your neck, where the back of your hair stops)           
**We may require taking these measurements two or three times to ensure they were submitted correctly **.   
+ If you input your measurements wrong in the description box, you can email us the correct measurements via email (luxelimitededition@yahoo.com). You will have up to 48 hours after your purchase to make any changes. When you email us your corrections please make sure you put (wig measurement correction and order number) in the subject line. In the body of the email please provide your name, your order number, the unit purchased or customization service, and your correct measurements. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
 
Luxè Limited Edition is not responsible for your wig not fitting properly due to incorrect measurements. Please make sure you take your time before submission. Don’t guess your head measurements it may not fit. If you need your wig resized you will be charged a fee of $160. This will include remaking the wig unit with the right measurements, deconstruction, and restyling.
